Credit Policy:

Terms are Net 30 DAYS with approved credit.
All orders received will be shipped C.O.D. if you have not established credit with us.
A finance charge of 1 ½% per month will be added to all past due balances

Delivery:

If for any reason your order is delayed, for reasons beyond our control, you will be notified of the estimated shipping date.
"Damage or Loss" in transit is the responsibility of the carriers. Please be sure to have the driver sign a copy of the freight bill with the damage or shortage noted. If parcel post, have the the postmaster complete the proper form. Although our responsibility ends when the shipment is picked up, we will work with you to handle the damage claims.

Liability:

It is your responsibility to inspect fabric for flaws and determine that pattern, color, and dye lot are correct before shipment to Mrs. Goodstitch.
We will not accept liability for C.O.M. goods in excess of the original suppliers invoice. All claims on our products must be made within 5 days after receipt of the product. All claims must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice. We are not responsible for fabric scraps.

Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without notice. Ordering Information:

Send us your fabric rolled on a tube.
Enclose your measurements (mattress width, length drop), style (throw or fitted), and any other options. Note: Queen and King spreads with 22"+ drops require an extra yard.
Every spread is quilted using matching tread, 9 ounce bonded fiber fill, and a cotton/polyester back. A lighter weight (4 ½ ounce) bonded fiber fill is available at the same price.
100% cotton sateen backing is available for a $4.25 per yard surcharge. Interlining is available for $5.95 per yard.
You must specify the top side of the fabric and the direction of the pattern.
We recommend dry cleaning for all quilted products.
The maximum drop for pricing a bedspread is 24 inches. Twenty-two (22) inches is allowed for a pillowtuck.
on printed fabric, center cut on twin bedspread is sized down to mattress width if pattern permits.
